Policy Overview
You can request a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the item’s arrival to the customer if:
– The goods received are damaged.
– There are visible defects with the print or stitching.
– The item is the wrong size from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong color from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong design from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong style from the one ordered.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in an unused, unaltered, and unsoiled condition with all original tags and labels attached. In the case of electronics or appliances, the items must not have been installed or used, and the original packaging should be intact. In the case of software, the seal or shrink-wrap must not be broken. All components, manuals, registration cards, and original accessories must be included. Any item returned without pre-notice will be rejected.
– The following items can’t be returned:
– Items you have already assembled
– Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
Return Procedure
Step 1: How to return?
– Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Please be patient if you do not receive our response immediately. Confirmation of the request (approve/ reject) will be sent to your email via our support email [email protected].
– Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price (shipping fee will not be included).
Step 2: Our check processing.
– Your payment will be refunded according to the original payment method, excluding any outbound shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
– If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Please note that any outbound shipping charges collected on the original order, including upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.), will not be refunded.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time of refund is usually within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the returned items. Due to the difference between banks, it may take up to a few weeks for the credit to be returned to your account.
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending on your preference:
Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. Once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition, your payment for the returned item will be refunded according to the original payment method.
After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once we receive the returned item and you receive your refund, you can use your original payment method to place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges.
Replacements
If the received product has manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to ask for a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the item. Buyers may be asked to provide picture evidence of the manufacturing defect.
