RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Jerseydo works hard to ensure that all our products are picked, shipped on time and accurately.

If you would like to request a return, replacement or refund for any reasons, please contact us at support@jerseydo.com and following our guide.
You have 7 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). Each product has to be inspected carefully before shipping but mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

– The goods received are damaged.

– There are visible defects with the print.

– The item is the wrong size from the one ordered.

– The item is the wrong color from the one ordered.

– The item is the wrong design from the one ordered.

– The item is the wrong style (e.g. long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the order.

Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:

  • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received
  • Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order)
  • Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order)
  • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received

If we approve or reject your request for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

To initiate a return, please contact us via live chat or email support.

Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:

  • Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
  • Unwashed and Unworn

After contacting our supports and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to our address.
  • Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers

NOTE:
– If we approve or reject your return for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email.
– The refund process will be applied after we received and checked the package(s).

However, we can offer you another item with correct size/ color/ design you want. You will only have to pay the difference price, we will notice you about this fee.
You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of processing before we can send you a new tracking number.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

Since your order is picked from many warehouse just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

If you received the correct product you placed and there isn’t any fault. But you want to return to exchange the size, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.

The Restocking Fee will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on there will not be any restocking fee). So you will lose 20% of the price of the item you placed.

WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE REFUND?

After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 1-5 business days of refund confirmation.

Once our Customer Care Department has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there’s a refund, it is becoming to be issued within 1-5 business days.

Please note that counting on the financial organization, it will take another 5-7 business days for the credit to be credited to your account. If you use PayPal, the money will be back within 1-3 business days.
